Richard, Acting Team Lead/Field Service Tech/Tier 3
Richard has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company in just 2 years and especially to do that remotely from Winnipeg Manitoba. He started as a Field Tech, that went on to move to Tier 3 Support and for over a year, took on an acting team lead for the field techs that are situated in Toronto.
During the pandemic/lockdown/growth, he has managed and juggled all of these tasks assigned to him and took it as a challenge to his career development. On top of that, he also had taken special projects with our national account, working overtime/after-hours without complaint. I have to force him to take a break and be forced to take away some of the tasks. He is very dedicated, no complaints, no excuses, a very hard working white & blue-collar worker, and it is truly a blessing to have him as part of my team leaders. I nominate him for his caring relationships with his peers, exceptional team development skills, his passion for the job and basically his persistent attitude to go above and beyond.
I now have to watch him to ensure that on his days off, that he is not logged in to anything as he doesn't know how to disconnect :)
