Credit where it is due. In addition to his day job, James has also needed to manage two of our at risk custom builder accounts this year. Clearly, he has turned them around, not only for last month where he earned the recognition of Monthly Sales Champion, but also for the year... we are now working exclusively with each of the accounts.
Your dedication to customer satisfaction, accurate design and seamless project execution has not only won these builders over, but also their home owners. It is truly amazing to see the work you put forward every day, supporting our design consultants and account managers to ensure they produce accurate work, but then you have also carved out the time to successfully manage each of these accounts as well.
